our invitations will be designed specifically for the unique personalities of each of our couples.

ABOUT US
“This is so them.” These are the four words we continued to hear after sending out our modern minimalist styled forest green and gray wedding invitations. After tying the knot, we had friends and family ask who did our invitations. The answer was that after desperately searching several invitation sites and looking through template after template, we realized no one would know our style better than we do. When you have a creative bride whose attention to detail and perfectionist personality is crossed with a groom who is a graphic designer by trade, a template was just not going to cut it.
We love to work with our couples in a way that isn’t common to the big businesses today. Instead of using cookie cutter templates, we like to get to know our couples and hear about their visions for their big days. Your invitations are the first glimpse your guests will have of your wedding so we want to make sure they are unique and special to you. Designing, color selections, fonts; these are all of the elements that will define the tone of your big day. If you have one color in mind but are struggling to decide on a complimentary color, ask us! We LOVE colors! We will have a color swatch for every color of every shade you can think of. Do you envision glitter paper backings? Ribbon ties? Or want to add a little bling to your invites? Let us know! We love to think out of the box and we get excited to do things that no one has ever done before.

At Kim Kim Designs we try to make the process of ordering your invitations a really fun and stress free experience.
Wedding planning can get overwhelming at times so our goal is to get to know you and provide you with options that can really bring your wedding vision to life.
Stress Free, No Commitment Consultation
If you are local to the Los Angeles/Orange County California area, let’s meet up! We can grab a cup of coffee and just really get to know your style. I encourage you to bring anything and everything that makes you say “I love that!”

If you aren’t local to the area, no problem! Majority of our couples are online and have said our process was so personable
that they felt we had met in person! Contact us via our contact page and you will be assigned
a personal representative who will work directly with you from start to finish!
Design
Are you ready to get started? We request a $150 deposit to get started on designing the perfect wedding invitations!
If you’d like to receive a sample invitation to see colors, paper quality, and print quality in person, we encourage you
to order a sample before placing the deposit. E-mail us and we can work on getting one done in your colors and
sent your way to ease your mind before placing the deposit. Once we have received your deposit we will work
back and forth with you through digital proofs until you are 100% satisfied with all aspects of your design.
Print and Production
Once all proofs have been approved, we will request your remaining balance to be paid to kick off printing and production. Once your invites are in production you can sit back and relax until your invitations are completed and shipped to your doorstep. Production takes approximately 3-4 weeks but if rush orders are needed please just specify ahead of time and we can see if we can accommodate your schedule.
Shipping
We use USPS priority mail which estimates 1-3 business days for delivery.
In some cases for local couples we can arrange a will call pick up if you’d like.
